Hi, I’m Christine

  I’m sure you’ve seen boring therapists or therapy sessions portrayed in films or television shows. Well, that’s not what therapy is like with me. I’m personable, laid-back, and genuinely interested in if you talked to your crush that you’ve been eyeing, trained for that marathon, attended the dinner party that you were nervous about, had that hard conversation with your boss, what your horoscope said for the week, how your dog is doing, and so on. You get the gist. I’m here to cheer you on and challenge you all at the same time, so let’s get to it!

Life can be really tough sometimes, and we all experience it differently. I know I’ve had my fair share of hardships and heartbreak, and I wish I had a therapist of my own during those times so I didn’t feel so alone, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, and so on. Not only do I bring in humor, some sarcasm, and I’m not afraid to talk about the hard stuff, but I utilize an integrative approach drawing from a variety of modalities and place importance on the therapeutic relationship. Therapy has always been a passion of mine because I want to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients feel heard and empowered, a space where clients can freely discuss past and current struggles or trauma, and a space where clients can work on creating healthy coping tools and mindfulness skills to better manage their symptoms of depression, anxiety, etc. Ultimately, I want to help clients become the best versions of themselves by providing a space of hope and healing.
